The first residential development in Philadelphia's historic Navy Yard since 1996, Chapel Block is a three-building, mixed-use complex. It includes 611 residential units residing in a seven-story building and two six-story buildings.

On site management of the design team and general contractor; along with schedule, specification, bid, and contract review.
